Using simple Lu Jong yoga exercises specially adapted for the dental team, the speaker will show you how musculoskeletal relaxation can take place after a short time, which relieves pain,mobilizes the spine and stimulates blood circulation as well as putting the nervous system into a parasympathetic state.
