Prof. Dr. Johannes Einwag The former director of the Stuttgart Dental Training Center has been the training officer of the Bavarian Dental Association in Munich since 2022. Prof. Dr. Einwag has been shaping dental training with innovative and contemporary formats for decades. The focus of his work is on preventive dentistry, from cariology to periodontology and implantology. What will you learn in this seminar? The seminar provides an overview of contemporary options for domestic and professional mechanical biofilm management, which enable both effective and gentle surface cleaning - for teeth and implants . At the same time, it does away with many ""old habits"" - from today's perspective, at best, fashions and fairy tales that have become ""naturalized"" in everyday practice over the last few decades - and directs attention to the evidence-based knowledge that is essential from today's perspective : regular ""mechanical biofilm management"" with the aim of removing pathogenic deposits on hard and soft tissues without damaging these structures.
